Whom are we cooking for?

Nutrient requirements (FEDIAF / NRC standards) depend on weight and life stage. Activity and condition, in turn, determine the daily portion size.

Why we ask

Daily portion = weight × kcal/kg/day (from activity scale). Condition adjusts ±10%. For kittens and seniors, mineral norms (calcium, phosphorus, taurine) differ from adults — the calculator scales them automatically.

PANEL

Calculator in your panel, not in a spreadsheet.

The calculator runs without an account. An account adds the rest: the recipe assigned to a specific cat, plans in your panel, and the same state on your phone and your desktop.

FAQ

BARF questions.

Where do meat/bones/organs percentages come from?+

Default 80/10/10 (Prey Model Diet). Settings let you switch to 83/7/10 or custom mix if your vet recommends.

Can I save plans for multiple cats?+

Yes — no limit. Plan ties to a specific cat (owner or breeder panel). Load it from the panel next time you recalculate.

What about kittens?+

You enter the kitten's weight and activity — the calculator has no kitten-specific preset. For kittens under 6 months always verify ratios with a vet.

Does this replace a vet?+

No. The calculator gives you math and an ingredient database. Diet decisions for sick, pregnant or senior cats — always with a vet.
