A cat is an obligate carnivore, and that single fact governs everything that goes into the bowl. This is where I collect what is known about raw feeding, meaty bones, supplements and commercial diets — with ratios, FEDIAF values and citations to the studies. No promise that one route is the only right one: there are several, and each has its own conditions and its own risks.
